The public repository at github.com/Chorozion/Casandra-t1-diffusion-edge-model is licensed Apache 2.0 and includes a verified epoch-5 FP16 checkpoint (~2.66 GB), tokenizer, PyTorch architecture, training utilities, and a Flask chat-completion server.

Verified architecture (T1-Base): 28 transformer layers, 2,048 hidden, 32,768 vocabulary, grouped-query attention (16 query / 4 KV heads), FFN intermediate 5,632, RoPE position encoding, RMSNorm normalization, SwiGLU feed-forward, mask token id 32,766, 12 default denoise steps. Recorded training loss across 5 epochs: 3.78 → 2.89 → 2.67 → 2.42 → 2.2561.
